Colin Davidson - Ulster Museum, Belfast. December 2015

This was an exhibition of large scale portraits all based around victims of the troubles. Specifically, surviving family members of people who lost their lives.

The portraits and exhibition was very moving and understated, unless you read the catalogue you wouldn't realise that the subjects are victims.  After reading about each person, the works really capture the pain, engraved in the subjects faces.  Their stories tell of the ongoing scars left in the Northern Ireland society that is still relevant today in times of 'peace'
